How to Find your Balance

Feeling stressed about exams? Working on your business idea? Having trouble juggling your time and finding a balance?
Come join us for a short session on how you can eat nutritiously on a budget and meet other like-minded people! Our nutritionist/presenter Dec McLaughlin will also be telling you a little bit about his own entrepreneurial journey while we all prepare lunch.
Lunch will be provided: We’ll bring along the ingredients and help you make your own nutritiously balanced, budget-conscious lunch.
Vegan and Gluten-free options available. Some of the food may includes nuts; if you do have a nut allergy or any other relevant dietary restrictions and would like to attend, please e-mail us and we’ll accommodate your dietary requirements.

About the Speaker
Dec is a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutritionist & Medicinal Chemistry Final-Year Student. He founded Dec McLaughlin Nutrition to provide a simple, scientific & sustainable approach to nutrition coaching, allowing students or graduates to better manage their own eating habits long term. His biggest value is that nothing is off the menu – food is meant to be enjoyed & nobody has the perfect diet.
